Moodle 2.8: Questionnaire first, then viewing grade, how?

Hello Moodlers

I would like to create a questionnaire and the students have to complete it before viewing grades. This function will prevent students from skipping questionnaire (say post-course survey). Could you tell me how to configure that?

Thanks for your response Visvanath Ratnaweera.

"Conditional activities enable teachers to restrict the availability of any activity or even a course section according to certain conditions such as dates, grade obtained, group (new in 2.8)". I usually use it to restrict students from viewing and entering the activity 2 before they finish the activity 1 but it does not work with gradebook viewing.
