I managed to come upto here (screenshot attached). How do I proceed setting up a course? are there any youtube videos or any resources?

I've never used the Bitnami Moodle installation (and never intend to) but others may have. Again, if you choose to use these types of installations it can be tricky to help you. I would only ever recommend getting Moodle from moodle.org directly.

You don't appear to have anything yet. When you have a site then you can look at tutorials on how to make a course.
