How do I edit the registration email that sends out after sign up?

I have looked and looked and looked, but I cannot for the life of me figure this out...

I am in the language customization area, thinking it must be here, but I cannot find it.

How do I edit that email that sends out when you register? The one that contains the link to verify your account? I want to add some links and instructions to that but for the life of me canNOT find it!

If there's no way to easily do that....is there a way to create another email to go out after they verify? I need to send an email with more instructions somehow.

I believe you do this by site administration>Language>Language customization. Then you must find it there and edit. Try searching registration or email or something to that effect.
