When I use moodle mobile app to access my courses, why does the app say "the device is not conected .."?

( but, in fact, I can access the website through this app ! )

can I have access to your Moodle site with a user test account? It seems a problem located at the server side

I just access Moodle official site ( www.moodle.org ).

I meet the same problem with my own site ( www.imoodler.co )

Strange, seems a specific device problem.

Which platform and version are you using? (Android 4.4, iOs8 ?)
