I have several courses, and each course has at least 1 database where user entries must be approved by the course admin.
I am getting the email notification when there is a new database entry that needs approval, but the email does not specify in which course to look so I have to go through them all to find out and that's a bit annoying.
How can I add in the moodle "new database entry" notification email the name of the course it is attached to?
If you add to the notification message the {link} place holder, it should display in the email the link to the entry. hth
Thank you Itamar. Would you mind reminding me where I can modify the notification message? I found https://docs.moodle.org/28/en/Quiz_submission_email_notification but that's unclear to me as I don't know which table to select for the database.
Assuming that you are using the Event_monitoring. If not, you should probably use the Event_monitoring.
