Hullo all!
Our website finally took an elevator to 2015! But we did a lot at once and now I'm stuck with a wee mystery.
First, we upgraded from 2.0 (I'm not kidding) to 2.83. I know that was a huge upgrade jump. I was not a part of that process so not sure what may or may not have been done but the site is up and working after utilizing the "More" theme.
Second, we migrated the whole site to a new server. Pretty straight forward (right???)
So here is the mystery: while all of our student accounts transferred and look good I had a couple of students go in and test out editing their profiles...and they can't! They can access everything and redo text and choose new images but nothing saves!
However, when I go in as admin and try to change their profile info I have success....everything is changed and appears just fine.
Does anyone have a bitty clue what the what is going on here? The permissions in the students accounts indicate that they can edit their profiles so this should be good to go but they have tried again and again and no go!
