missing button "turn editing on'

I just upgraded to 1.0.6.4 from 1.0.6.2 and every thing seemed to go smoothly.

However, I notice that when I'm logged in as admin, there is not "turn editing on" button on the front page. The button still exists on course pages, and I can go to a course page, turn editing on, return to the main page (listing courses) and editing remains on. Likewise, I can turn editing off in a similiar manner.

It isn't a big deal, but I seem to remember the button on the main page (listing courses) in the previous version.

Totally unrelated - Thanks for adding an admin module for LDAP authentication. I'd just edited the script, and was going to change it next week. The module is much easier!

Hi Trevor, so you know, I upgraded from 1.0.6.3 to .4 and haven't experienced what you're describing--the button is present on my main menu (along with the individual course areas).

Are you using a custom theme? There was a slight change to the way themes work (I thought it was 1.0.6.2). Some notification and instructions should have come up during upgrading but you may have missed it.

Just compare your themes header.html with the standard theme (look for locations of $menu and $button).
