I received an e-mail last night about the UK Linux & Open Source Awards, and after our experience entering Moodle for this year's BETT awards, thought, well, why not...
Drew & Darren, who put loads of work into the BETT award bid are up for it, but as we'd be entering on behalf of the moodle.org community, we wanted to float the idea here, in case the consensus (and/or Martin), thought that this was a Bad Idea, in which case, fair enough, or in case anyone else wanted to help.
Pertinent dates are that the product or a significant upgrade should have been released between 1/4/2004 and 30/6/2005, which means versions 1.4 and 1.5 for us, I believe, and the closing date is 2/9/05, which is more notice than Drew gave us last time!
