Questionnaire (plugin)

I want to use the Questionnaire module to create semi-anonymous Muddiest Point surveys and tutorial evaluation surveys. To encouage participation, I tell my students that completing the surveys counts toward their participation grade, but to do that I need to know they have actually done the survey.

Is there a way to record that a student has completed a survey using the Questionnaire module? I don't need to assign points, just complete/not complete.
