i'm Alexandre from Brasil. I installed this plugin and i start to configure. This Default rules can't be edited. You need to creat your own. You can view an event list from the Rules course. There you find the information about the events you can include.
you just have to set up your own rules in the fields above, which will override the default ones.

the above answers are correct. The default rules cannot be edited because the plugin needs them to work. It also prevents misconfiguration. If you want to change the default rules you should redefine them using the fields above.
I am planning on drastically improving that screen, I just need to find the time and the right way to do it.
