That's a very interesting suggestion Tona,
Unfortunately no plugins that I know have been created to do this. I have had in mind automatically rewarding the students with a badge as they reach a certain level but I did not have time to investigate it further.
I someone was willing to work on rewards based on XP, I would suggest a separate plugin.
