Hi, I'm using the Upload users option in our Moodle platform and indeed you can update your existing users field.

Once you have you .csv file uploaded you can set up the option to "update existing users" data in the section Settings/Upload type and in Settings/Existing users details .



Remember to scroll down the page also to check if in Default Values section (below Settings section) the city/town of your users is yours or not. (I have this issue every time I upload new users, but I think it is because I never wrote the field "city" in the .csv file)
