Using Audio Video with Moodle

There are a few good ways to set up moodle with audio & live video capabilities.

A few suggestions:

1. Try using Skype software ( www.skype.com ). Skype is a very good free program that has great sound function. Basically better than using the telephone since you can literally hear a pin drop on the floor or a person breathing. It's THAT GOOD! smile

2. Using CamFrog software for video. I'd recommend it more for video as opposed to audio since Skype is better. With CamFrog, you can even see facial expressions in realtime. (no delay if your on a decent internet connection that's fast....DSL?? )

3. Then you have the old standby's of Yahoo Messenger and Hotmail Messenger which both include video & audio.

Quite possibly if your into fiddling around with software, you can install codecs into moodle and use these together. Hmmm...

Either way, these are my recommendations. Hope they work.

Peace,
