I liked that website for tractors-very pertinent, and I think you have some very interesting points there.
All, along similar lines to that of Ryan, has anyone thought about the Vatican? I mean, if you think about it last I read, they use Moodle, and they have a glossary, database and other directories for all emergency services...I mean all of them in the world! You see if there is a sort of frying pan fire or God forbid... a tea towel goes up in flames...then I think it is right....that they can choose the fastest fire-service in the world!
It might be worth giving them a ring....I could be wrong mind you.
