[SOLVED] Essential Newbie ? - DnD blocks into Admin area

I've tried numerous times to move (by DnD as shown in the Plugins youtube video) some of the blocks from the Front Page (e.g. Recent Activity) to the Admin region with no success .

Where am I going wrong?

You need to enable Editing first. Then select the Move icon in the block this should turn to another style of move icon if AJAX is playing the game. If not you will need to manually change each block telling it where you want it to be on the Frontpage.
