What exactly you want to do?
You can use Bootstrap elements for sharing the videos and you can host them anywhere like youtube, vimeo etc.

Ahmed, Udemy uses JWPlayer, you can buy JWPlayer at longtailvideo.com for a annual fee, or you can use their free version.
in addition, I would really recommend using sublime video player. its a free player, works better than JWPlayer in terms of file management and ease of use. you can get sublime video player at sublimevideo.net
