Ahmed, Udemy uses JWPlayer, you can buy JWPlayer at longtailvideo.com for a annual fee, or you can use their free version.

in addition, I would really recommend using sublime video player. its a free player, works better than JWPlayer in terms of file management and ease of use. you can get sublime video player at sublimevideo.net

I use Wistia.com to host my videos and then embed the provided html to get the look of the sample video you posted. There is a subscription fee for the service but works very well for me.
