In this check, CiBot reports commit message problems for df10463 - but that commit isn't in the branch (at least, it's not one of the two commits that the branch adds).

I agree - that is a curious issue - i've reported it as MDLSITE-3538.

From Eloy's comment and a quick look at the bot script I'd guess that it's something odd in the git repo, but I'm sure Eloy will figure it out.
