Can you please tell me exact moodle version and essential moodle theme version used at this site (http://2013.imoot.org)?
I need to use the exact layout from this site. But it seems to me that the navigation bar in moodle 2.7 always fixed to the top and i cannot change it to a normal static navbar via moodle settings as in this site or by essential settings.
Is behavior particular to moodle 2.5 or I can change it via essential in moodle 2.7 as well?
Any information would be helpful.
