Regarding the Database activity in Moodle 2.6.3 , we have several entries that became visible despite using individual groups for each student in one of our courses. The only commonality was that all these entries had been approved. However not all approved entries were visible which is perplexing.
In checking the Moodle database, we noticed that all of the visible entries belonged to groups that now had a rating of zero. In replacing this rating with the original group ID number, the data entry became invisible again.
We are not only unable to recreate the bug, but it seems that this problem might have been resolved in previous versions. Anyone have any suggestions?
