I am new to moodle and I am having a problem change the theme Dynamic. When I go to Theme Selector I have a button to change the theme , but when I click on it , I can see only the list with the theme. I cannot see the select button . Also when I am trying to uninstall, I could not. This theme is the only one that do not have uninstall link on it. Any help will be appreciate.

You will not see the uninstall button until you change the theme.
Go back to Apperance >Themes> Theme settings
Scroll down that page and find the 'Detect mobile device setting' and turn it OFF. But do not forget to save this setting by clicking the Save button at the bottom of that page.
Now go to Themes > Theme selector and you should see all the list of themes. Choose a theme of your choice then select it and continue.
if you cannot see the select button then you need to use the Zoom function in your browser. Usually Ctrl + + or Ctrl + -
Now you should be able to go back to the plugins overview page and uninstall the Dynamic theme.

I turned off the "Detect mobile device setting' but I still cannot change the theme. Zoom does not work. I just do not have button to select a new theme
Ok...it looks like one of your other themes further down the page is displaying a screenshot of that theme which is bigger than the size it should be which is 500px. If it is 1024px then you get the disjointed page view as you have now.
If you find the theme Either Contemporary or Jupiter then uninstall that them first an then you will be able to change themes once more.

Usually, the theme without the uninstall link in the list is the theme you are currently using. You need to switch to another theme first and then you should be able to uninstall what you are after.
