Is it possible to add a back ground image in HTML blocks? And if so how can I do it? Thank you.

I have an idea for doing this but it requires TinyMCE HTML editor to use.
Add HTML block in your Moodle site. Edit it and then insert a table in the text area. Table should have 1 columm and 1 row only. Then in advanced table setting choose background image which you would like to use and then save it. Please reply us if it works for you. Sample below :
