I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of a QA checklist or test plan. My organization is upgrading from Moodle 1.9 to 2.2 then to 2.7.
Rather than start from scratch, does someone have such a list?

https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDLQA-6693 is the QA testing used for 2.7. Each issue has full instructions with it and you will see how they have passed in the pre-release testing.
It's not necessarily a full list for your circumstances - you may need to add tests for any additional plugins, using your specific theme, based on your server (Linux/Windows, Apache/IIS, etc), whether your users are primarily desktop or mobile users, but you may also be able to look at that list and decide that many of them you are happy to rely on the testing done for many of the tests and concentrate on the ones that are most important to your own circumstances.
