For using Moodle you first need to set up your courses in Moodle.
Then download block from here https://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=block_workflow and install it in your Moodle site.
Then follow this link https://docs.moodle.org/27/en/The_OU_workflow_system for setup.
