Is it possible to to remove the "Forgotten your user name and password?" link?
Is it possible to remove the Guest entry button?
Showing the guest button (or not) is controlled by a site administration option.
I am not sure whether the forgotten password link shows up all the time or only when certain authentication modes are active; however, you can locally customize your language pack (or packs) and replace that string with a space to make it disappear for users.

To disable a Guest access go to Administraion > Site administration > Plugins > Authentication > Manage authentication , here is a setting "Guest login button" set this to hide and save it.
