Iris, hi there

have attempted to help for all three questions here. I may be wrong, but once you get a handle on navigation around the docs-you will probably answer your own questions more easily. Course do come back if things remain tricky. smile

1. Couple of teachers to the same assignment

2. Send a mail to the assigned teacher (workfolw & allocation)

3. Welcome note

Themes: Logos and icons

Hello  Iris.  Do you mean a different message which comes up when a student or a teacher logs in? I think it's not so easy to set a different logo or title according to the user because in Moodle a teacher or student is only a teacher or student in a course and not throughout the whole site, even though in the real world they might be a teacher full time or a student full time. If you really wanted to do this you could possibly do it with custom user profile fields, giving all your "teachers" and "students" a particular custom profile field and then use conditional activities to show a label in a course  - or even on the front page - to a user with that profile field. This post I did about showing a different front page to logged in users and guests does not answer your question but it does talk about user profile fields and conditional activities, and so perhaps you could use that as a starter.
