Backup and restore

I am having a similar problem.  I am running 2.7.1 build 20140724 on windows.  Has anyone else encountered this?  

I cannot manually run a backup which includes the question bank.  The screen just turns blank and hangs.  I can back up just the question bank but not everything I need together.

Attached is a screen shot of back up settings that will work. Below is a copy of the technical information on a successful back up which does not include the question bank.  

Backups are crucially important.  Does anyone have any guidance?  What other information can I add to help troubleshoot this problem?

Thanks for your reply.  When I select anonymize user information the backup gets to the next screen but then freezes with a weird timing message.  Please see attached.

Back-ups did work just fine in the previous moodle version 2.6.

I have not found a solution to the problem.  I think that the issue is known and may be https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-47749.  It looks like no one has posted any kind of update in more than two weeks though.  Have a look and see if this is the same issue you are having.
