Installing and upgrading help

I had this problem too and assumed it was something to do with IE security settings on my server. Have you tried with a better browser?

I solved the problem by checking the source code e.g View-Source

In the source you can see that it tries to redirect you to another page. I think that this redirect is not working (didn't work for me) however you can just paste the page name into the browser to continue with the installation.
