Hello,
In Moodle 1.5 you can click > User Profile > Skype ID: profile and you can skype another Moodler if a real Skype name exists.
But for you that miss the Skype Me botton in stead of just the Skype ID link, then you can replace your view.php in your user folder with the attached.
Instructions: Unpack the zip and upload the user folder in your Moodle directory. - That is it!
Remember that you have to install it again in every update, and that you use it at your own risk, and enjoy this small hack.
