Assignment

This is an USSD and SMS based application. Once a student has registered to the Learning Management system through moodle, usually he/she updates through emails. But this application sends SMS to relevant students including all updates. To get this facility, first the student should register in our application. These are the limitations for our first version of the application. In our second version, It can be enhanced with lecturer facilities, administration facilities etc. We want to know is there any application like this? and if it is not can we implement this.
