I Think I solved the problem. I went back to php-cgi with my ISP and then configure variables and changed the setting for "slasharguments" in Admin Moodle. Still no editor.
Then I used the script for Janne Mikkonen fix - htmlarea.PHP 12. 6. 05 Replced the file and all is well. Thanks Janne
