Alert pops up while playing SCORM

Hi guys,


We are using Moodle 2.7 stable.

We always got this alert popup while playing SCORM modules (video slides) created from Articulate Presenter.


Please see screenshot.



Once this Alert shows, activity completion tracking crash and can't track the activity completion any more sad

We have 4Mbps internet connection and moodle server is hosted in Australia (we setup).


What do you think is the potential problem why we encounter this error/Alert?


Please help and advise.

Hello Erwin,

This came out of the issue of SCORM courses not being able to save data when the network connection was unreliable.  Now that a fix was implemented some are starting to see the message quite frequently.  It would be great if you could help provide any details you have in the tracker for this issue.
