Hi,
I have a moodle2.5 site running on production.
The teachers created 2 quizes from the bank questions.
Suddenly after students started to answer the first quiz I got an error of Unknow context.
I turn on debug mode and it is trying to look to an id in context table that doesn't exist.
I tried adding that missing row manually but suddenly this row has been deleted,
What can it be?
