Here is update :
I contacted my hosting provider and asked him to disable MOD_SECURITY on entire website.
Post that, I can see below error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function required_param() in /home/ja****b/public_html/moodle27/course/jumpto.php on line 29
I will appreciate if someone can reply on what is wrong here.
