I've been trying to figure this out, but I am at a loss. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. We recently upgraded to Moodle 2.5. Looking at grades in a quiz where the users were created and completed the quiz before the upgrade, I see the scores:
However, when I click the magnifying glass to actually view the attempt, to see the entire quiz, with feedback, I receive this:
We save the actual attempts for our accreditation documentation, so I need to be able to view and save the completed quiz.
