Moodle 1.0 beta 2 is up. Changes since beta 1 include:
- performance improvements
- now works on servers that have "register_globals" turned off
- Bug fixes for peer-rating in forums
- Closed a security hole
- Teachers can now delete any post
- Various small visual improvements

Dustin Rue noticed two new bugs in the files upload area which made it impossible to upload new files (thanks Dustin!) I've fixed these now and rebuilt the Beta 2 downloads.
Ivan Wong helped me find another bug that caused the creation of the admin user to fail: a showstopper for brand-new installations. (This "upload file" bug was caused by some of the changes in Beta 2)
I've fixed it in CVS and the latest nightly, and I'll put out a Beta 3 later tonight.
