first of all, I would like to thank Gordon for the great job. HotPot is one of my favourite modules.
I use Moodle 2.6 and I have this problem:
I have set 2 attempts for each hotpot, and an exit page. As exit page links, I have selected "retry" (s. picture 1). But when I take the exercise, all the links I have selected appear, except this one (s. picture 2). The screenshots are in Spanish, I hope this is OK.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Beatriz,
if you remove the restriction on the number of attempts, does the retry link appear?
If so, perhaps you could experiement a little with that setting and find a value that works the want.
There may well be a problem with that setting, and I would be grateful for you help and feedback in inestigating further.

Hi Gordon,
you are right: with unlimited attempts the retry link does show. I have tried with 3 and 10 attempts and it did not show.
I tried with the 3 HotPotatoes I use: JQuizz, JCloze (also in the Findit! modality) and JMatch (in the drag and drop modality).
It is not that bad: since HotPotatoes are thought as learning and training activities, I can change the settings and allow unlimited attempts.
