Unwanted gaps between cells in a table in a quiz question

Unwanted gaps between cells in a table in a quiz question

Moodle 2.6

Hi,

I am trying to layout my questions in the Moodle quiz.

I am using a table just to force question layouts, and I do not need gaps/line space/margin between cells.  It looks fine in the editor mode, but as soon as I see the actual question or preview, some gaps are created between cells which I do not want.

Please see the attached file for the pictures.

Could you tell me how to remove these gaps so that the images or numbers in the table cells become very close to each other in the actual quiz mode?

Thank you,

Noby

"layout my questions"

Could you specify which subquestion type ( numerical, shortanswer) you are using inside which could be a Cloze (multiaswer) question ?

Also a screen shot would help.

Hi, all

Thank you for your replies.

I managed to solve the issue with a help of a programmer, who added some codes.

I believe that this issue needs to be solved in future moodle updates, as this issue is very inconvenient in terms of table layouts in quiz.

This issue comes up regardless of the question type.

I cannot show you screen shots somehow as this moodle site does not seem to let me do it at the moment.

Kind regards,

Noby
