1. I'd double check that you really ARE enrolled in the courses from the same account. On my own system I use a few accounts and sometimes don't remember which one I've used to enrol.
2. My Home > Customise this page > Number of courses to display - is the value selected there not too low? (This is a setting for my Moodle 2.5, not sure if it appears on Moodle 2.4)
