Elegance Theme: IE 9 doesn't seem to render

I'm having issues with IE 9 rendering my elegance theme'ed moodle correctly.  I suspect that either it's not compatible CSS wise, or perhaps some custom CSS is in order.  Though in the case of custom CSS I am rather new.

I have IE9 so am just going to test it.

Fixed it.  I had theme designer turned on.

I found someone mention that in the main post about the elegance theme.

Turning it off fixed my rendering issues with IE 9.
