I'm running 2.5.1 and for the past several days I've been receiving messages like this one:
Insert into log table failed at Saturday 12th of April 2014 08:37:04 PM.
It is possible that your disk is full.
The failed query parameters are:

I know that the disk isn't full, so I suspect that this is related to a table becoming corrupted. These messages always relate to 'continue attempt' in the quiz module.
Any ideas?
