Hi just a quick question. If you install the BBB plugin for Moodle 2.5 and you add the activity into different courses, would these different courses create different sessions in BBB? So if both courses were to go on the system at the same time they wouldn't see eachother on BBB?

Yes and yes. All the assumptions are correct.
Even if you create two activities in the same course they will create/provide access to different meetings in BigBlueButton.
And even more, if you have groups in a course and you set up the activity to use the groups. A different meeting will be created for each group so the students will join the meeting that corresponds to them even though they click on the same link. Teachers have the ability to select what session group are they joining to.
