Hello

i installed moodle on my sharing host and BBB on my laptop. moodle works correctly with BBB demo version and BBB works correctly on my local network.

when i want to create a virtual class it seems that moodle can not make a communication with my BBB server to make a virtual class

i set firewall configuration. this is my local IP :192.168.15

this is my external IP : 46.100.61.XXX;

make a virtual class gives me this URL in urlbar      http://46.100.61.XXX/bigbluebutton/api/join?meetingID=b6828a0c039XXXXX1f6386827a1f0d9b9-3-4&fullName=amir+asgari&password=aa25efc5238f452aa6XXXXX9bd061&checksum=caf3dbd1XXXXXb3e3565edba08a5f38fc16e

but this error appears: error 404 file not found.

when i replace 46.100.61.173 by 192.168.1.15 every things is fine but on my local network.

please please please please helppppppppppppppppp mmmmmmmeeeeee

Hi Amir,

Your Moodle Server needs to make a HTTP connection to your BigBlueButton server to create a room.  For enabling external sites (such as Moodle) to access internal servers (such as BigBlueButton on your Laptop), you need to modify your firewall. See

Please keep in mind that BigBlueButton running on a VM on your laptop is not going to meet the minimum requirements for a server.  We would recommend you setup a dedicated BigBlueButton server that meets the minimum specifications set out in the installation instructions.  See

very very thank you very much Fred.

unfortunately in Iran every thing is censored or filtered by ( government or google or other companies).

i feel tired here even the education and development of education is covered into sanctions. i cant download bigbluebutton cause of sanctions.

this was the reason for which i received error when connection to my BBB server,because this is filtered.

it is for a month i was working on it every day.

i have to choose a VPS out of Iran because the links of bigbluebutton dont work here.

the worse part of my problem is that visa, paybal or other cards are in sanctions and they dont work here.

i want to send a letter to google and BBB company to give access to all countries and eliminate the discrimination,
