Additional HTML Not Availabile?

I'm trying to add a Javascript tag in the header of my site and I don't have the option in the interface. The docs are below . . . I'm logged in as an administrator but it's just not there.

Am I missing something? Has it moved?

Hi Doug,

What version of Moodle are you using? The Additional HTML setting is not available in Moodle 1.9.

Good call, I did an auto install via Dreamhost and they are only doing v1.9. I will upgrade.
