I have set everything up as I see it to be able to have a notification sent to anybody set as a 'teacher' within a course when an assignment is overdue. I have disabled emails but pop-up messages are on for both online and offline. I tested this out and no message was sent. The test 'teacher' has received pop-up messages before.
Is there anything I am missing?
