Good luck to all... especially to students...

Hi trying to use your theme, but after I apply it it makes my file picker change dimensions and I lose my folders from the left hand side. there then becomes a wide gap on the right hand side

hope you can help.

Peter James

ps I assume its the link to the theme if I have another theme in place it works fine

Hi Franc,

we are trying to use your splendid looking theme, but we have fallen at the first hurdle. When we go into header options to change the logo, we do not see the file picker, just the spinning wheel.  Looking at the code, the spinning wheel is

<img class="fp-img-downloading" src="http://redshirt-01/theme/image.php/aigne/core/1404474618/i/loading_small" alt="">

and the file picker

<img src="http://redshirt-01/theme/image.php/aigne/core/1404474618/a/add_file" alt="">

there is no "a" directory in the theme, there is an "i" directory. Any ideas?

Moodle 2.7 (Build: 20140512) / Windows Server 2012 R2 / IIS 8.5

Thanks!

Martin

Martin,

You don't need to use the file picker you can literally just find your image and drag-n-drop it into the area where you see the blue Arrow.

The spinner if anything is a BUG and should not be there ( at least that is what I think as it is a distraction).

As for the 'a' directory where the add_file.php image is kept, you will find that in moodle/pix/a/add_file.png  which is a Moodle core image repository and not in the theme. Proof of concept HERE

So I am not altogether sure what your problems is. Perhaps you were hoping to see something different?

Or just the loss of the image which could be  a server thing, are other images missing? It might even be your browser?

I've just installed the Aigne theme on my Moodle 2.7 test server and find no faults with it.

Hi Mary,

thanks for the prompt reply. On our live site, we don't see the area with the blue arrow where we can drop a logo file. This I find confusing, as we can drag and drop files into courses. When I setup a new moodle on the test server, we do see the area in aigne where we can drop a logo file. I can setup my theme on the test server and export the necessary mysql table rows for the them into live. It's a pain but we have done something similar in the past.
