We've been using WileyPlus publishers for textbooks. I've had questions asking if there will be a collaboration with WileyPlus/Moodle. Is this a possibility? WP has blackboard, angel, and other learning management systems.
If you're hosted, check with your hosting provider. Otherwise I would reach out to your Wiley rep and ask if they will support LTI integration.
