Using version 2.5. The messages block shows "No messages waiting" for users when we know that there are new messages that have not been read. The new messages never appear in the "Messages" block - it just always displays the "No messages waiting" tag. I've have searched and revised all settings and cannot find a solution to this. Anybody have any idea? Thanks.
