Hi,
Yes there is. Please see: http://docs.moodle.org/25/en/admin/plugins#Uninstalling_an_add-on. Themes are listed and it's helpful to click on 'Show add-ons only' at the top.
Cheers,
Gareth
What exactly do you mean by 'installed Boxxie theme' ? Boxxie is a core theme in Moodle and does not need to be installed separately, so how did you actually install it - had you previously deleted it and then reinstalled it?
Do you mean you selected it and want to deselect it? In which case you just choose another theme in the theme selector.
If you do want to remove it completely, you can still though uninstall it through the link Gareth gave you - but dont use the 'Show Add-Ons only' button as Boxxie is not an add-on, its a part of core moodle. You will also need to delete the folder from the theme directory, or Moodle will continue to detect it and will try to reinstall it again later.
Just in case you are experiencing problems choosing another theme, because of the way that the theme selector is laid out, you might like to disable 'Detect Mobile device' in Site Administration > Appearance > Themes > Theme settings.
As Richard pointed out Boxxie is one of the themes that comes with Moodle itself, along with a load of other themes, so there is no real need to uninstall it, in fact I don't this Moodle will allow you to uninstall it.

You do not need to uninstall it. However, if you want to change it then go to Site Administration > Appearance > Themes > Theme selector and choose another theme.
Boxxie is a Moodle core theme so you cannot uninstall it. If you want to remove it from your server then just delete the boxxie theme from the moodle/theme/ directory you can delete all of the ones you don't want except for the following:
- base
- bootstrapbase
- canvas
- clean
- standard
To remove the any theme settings from your server DB you need to search through the table marked mdl_config_plugins.
However you stand a greater risk of seriously compromising your Moodle site.

Mary
As you will see Ricardo I have moved this discussion to General Help as it is more than a theme issue. There may be other things you need to do with your DatabBase if you have deleted all your themes.
If you try to upgrade to Moodle without Base theme and Standard theme then your Moodle site will fail with a Fatal Error, as these two themes are need to make Moodle work at a basic level. From what I can discover reading your other comments to Richard is that you have deleted ALL your themes bar Clean and Boxxie!
I am left speachless!
