I need to add forum activity for my course, but there is no such activity on the list (Add an activity or resource), I have no idea how to add it. But at Site administration > Plugins > Activity modules > Manage activities I can see Forum activity and it shows there is an instance of the forum in the course...
I tried to find any solution for this problem but I got nothing.

There is a capability mod/forum:addinstance which controls whether a user can add a forum activity to the course. It's allowed for the default role of teacher; perhaps it's somehow been changed on your site?

Thank you for your response. I am afraid it isn't that issue, I checked all roles and this capability, it doesn't change anything. I also can't add forum activity as an administrator
